How to properly perform jelqing and penis stretching exercises

Jelqing may seem like an easy exercise, however, it may take a couple of weeks of practice before you can perform the exercise correctly and feel comfortable in the positions and movements.

Here are some tips on things to know and expect:

* Always warm up before doing any PE exercises (get the blood flowing)
* Use lubricant when jelqing. Use lotion, baby oil, cocoa butter, Vaseline, they are all good products for jelqing.
* The penis should be in a semi-erect state, but not fully erect until more advanced.
* Remember that growing your penis will take time. Be patient. You can hurt yourself if you try to speed up the process.
* It may be difficult for you to jelq correctly while you are not aroused and/or ejaculating. A good method to use when trying to resist a full erection is to squeeze your penis as hard as you can and hold it for a while. This will determine the erection.

CORRECT HAND POSITION

If you are right-handed:

Take your right index finger and place it over the top of your penis, and place your thumb on the bottom of your penis creating an O shape around your penis. The index finger and thumb should be parallel to each other and horizontal.

If you are left-handed, do the opposite.

CORRECT JELQING MOVES

Once you have your position correct, slowly apply pressure and move your hand towards the tip of your penis pushing blood towards the tip. This movement will expand the blood tissue in the 3 chambers of your penis. Over time, this creates a permanent enlargement of the penis. After each hit you want to switch to the opposite hand and a smooth auto form.

**Please note: Be careful not to apply too much pressure to your penis. You can hurt yourself. Little red dots are fine, but you don’t want big red patches covering large areas of your penis.

PENIS STRETCHING EXERCISES

Here are some tips on things to know and expect:

* It is recommended to perform stretching exercises in a flaccid state.
* You may experience slight pain and discomfort while performing the exercises and afterwards.
* If you are not circumcised, remove the skin from the tip of your penis.
* Stretching can be aided by using items such as baby powder, gloves (batting mitts, golf mitts), a piece of shirt or sock. You can get creative with things to wear while stretching.

CORRECT POSITIONS FOR STRETCHING THE PENIS

Penis stretching exercises can be done in many different ways. The best method I have found is to put your penis between your buttocks while in a semi-erect state and sit on your penis. Or place your penis under one of your legs and sit on it. It sounds funny, but this will stretch the ligament and tendons of the penis, thus lengthening your penis. You can also hold the penis with your hand or with the piece of cloth under the tip of the penis and pull it out. some people say they add a twisting motion to the straight pull and doing this further stretches the penile tissue. When done correctly, you should feel slight discomfort but no pain.

Stretching is a great addition to jelqing. The great thing about stretching is that you can stretch your penis every time you urinate and be in total privacy. You can do it before you go to bed or basically anywhere you want. You can use your imagination.

Beginners should start by spending 10-15 minutes a day on stretching and 10-15 minutes on jelqing. Increase your time for both after a few weeks. You will see great profits.
