P90x sucks – this group had bad P90x results

The first time I did P90x, a group of people wanted to do it with me. I’ll tell you right now that not everyone was successful with it. Some were successful and became much healthier, stronger, fitter and also lost several kilos. However, the rest benefited little and had no results to show for it when the program ended. In the end there seemed to be a split. One side thought the program was awesome, while the other side said, “P90x sucks!”

What were the defining differences between the group that failed and the two that succeeded? There were several. The first difference was that the unsuccessful group complained a lot. They complained about eating healthy, they complained about training, they complained every time an exercise made them uncomfortable. Let me tell you right now, P90x and exercise in general are uncomfortable! They were negative about the whole program in general. They started off excited, but as soon as the going got tough (like, right after the first workout started), it was like they were trying to talk themselves out of doing the workouts and sabotaging their body transformation and changing their life forever. better.

There’s a reason they put the Nutrition Plan book on the show! Many people ask, “Do I have to follow the P90x Nutrition Plan?” My answer is yes! If you really want to get results, then you need to eat healthier! The group that failed did not follow the Nutrition Plan. They rationalized that the bacon, cookies, sugar-laden cereal, white bread, ice cream, and the rest of the junk they ate so frequently didn’t need to be eliminated. These people honestly thought that because they were eating “comfort food”, they were eating healthy. Granted, any outsider would soon realize after seeing their “homemade” bacon, chicken and mayonnaise sandwiches, that these people were crazy thinking that what they were eating was “healthy home cooking”!

If you don’t do the workouts, you won’t see the change! The group that failed did not do Yoga X. They never managed to complete a single Yoga X workout. That particular workout lasts an hour and a half, and they chose not to do it because it was “too hard and too long.” They also chose not to follow any set time to do the workouts. They would put off exercising until late at night, when they would say out loud, “I’m too tired to exercise.” They missed a lot of workouts, and on average they were only doing 2-3 workouts per week, which meant they were doing less than half of the program.

If you want to fail, do what the group above did, because none of them got anything out of it. They complained, were negative, and constantly tried to sabotage her own attempt to transform her body and life. They continued to eat unhealthy and only did less than half of the workouts on the show. In the end, they thought P90x sucked, when in reality, his failure was 100% his fault.
