Love, Peace and Joy and the Law of Attraction Energy

I want to tell you a little bit about my father, who was a happy go lucky person with a constant song in his heart. He never saw the movie The Secret, nor did he go to Yoga classes. He did not read philosophy. And yet, he manifested good around him throughout his life. And when he passed away a week ago on Monday I was there with him. I held his hand for a day and a half. I hated to let it go. And that time with him, time spent largely in silence, was the most heartbreaking and loving moment of my life.

Since my father attracted good, he lived with a joyful heart. He made himself and others happy. So while I’m talking about how to access the Law of Attraction Energy, it seems appropriate to look at how we, too, can live our lives in what I call ‘the happy zone’.

So if we want to live in the ‘happy zone’ of attraction, it becomes important to determine what makes us happy. Do you like to sit by a babbling stream? See the sky turn red at the end of the day? Watching fireflies? Telling a joke with friends?

For me, I can access my peaceful self by reading a spiritual book like “Conversations with God” or “Courage to Change” by Alanon. I can get it by listening to beautiful music or looking at beautiful works of art. I can read affirmation cards or meditate on the reflections of the famous spiritual teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh.

As for the love space, it always happens to me when I relax with the people I care about, not worrying about what I ‘have to do’. I can curl up and watch a movie, or just talk or listen to what makes others happy.

As for joy, my dad and I liked to sing at the top of our lungs in the car method to access it. We did a lot of good gigs for the flywheel, and when we did, all the worries and worries were gone. But the question for you is “What gives me joy?” And as soon as he answers it, you must get down to it, if you hope to have any success in accessing the Law of Attraction Energy.

It is true that we do not access the Law of Attraction Energy by doing things that exhaust or annoy us, like being with negative people or watching sad movies. My dad knew this tool and when he watched a movie it was The Sound of Music or Oklahoma. He instinctively knew that negativity was best taken in small, limited doses.

So do what makes you feel good. Or do what makes those around you feel good, which will often alter how you feel. And don’t do what makes you feel bad very often, if at all. Follow these simple rules and you’ll be sure to start manifesting the good things in life, as well as following in my dad’s footsteps, keeping him alive and with us.
