HFCS is an artificial sugar derived from the fructose of corn (a branch of the corn industry). HFCS is instantly absorbed by the body and goes directly to your cells wreaking havoc on your metabolism.

This sugar substance has only been on the scene for the past 40 years and is suspected of being responsible for our current obesity and daibet epidemic that is prevalent in today’s society. But in addition to these two well-known health diseases, it is also responsible for acute chronic inflammation in the body and can trigger a number of other immune diseases such as ITP disorder.
